• You can return products within 14 days of delivery if it is faulty or damaged. Make sure to include your contact information and order number with the return and for your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
